Hi, I’m Klara!

A Prague-based PHOTOGRAPHER, FILMMAKER and STORYTELLER. I focus on travel, wildlife, and conservation stories, but I also love working on portraits, commercial videos, and media projects that allow me to be creative.

As a workshop leader, I teach about photography, video, and post-production. Sharing everything I’ve learned over the years as a digital creator is something I enjoy — it’s awesome to help others grow their skills and love for this craft.

I’ve wanted to be a photographer since I was a kid. Growing up in a small Czech village surrounded by forests and cornfields, I couldn’t help but fall in love with nature. That’s where it all started. And honestly, that love for nature is still what drives me today.

I’m all about slowing down and seeing the world through my lens — in recent years, I’ve grown especially passionate about photographing animals. My love for stories — whether about cultures, wildlife, or environmental issues — led me to study documentary photography and journalism in Prague and Denmark, where my obsession with VISUAL STORYTELLING began. These days, when I’m not working on commercial projects, I’m likely out in the field, camera in hand, filming wildlife or creating travel documentaries for Czech TV.

I feel super lucky that I get to call this my job. Photography and filmmaking have been my way of exploring and making sense of this beautiful, crazy world, and I can’t wait to see where this creative journey takes me next.
